Job Description

A reputable litigation plaintiff-side personal injury firm is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (Spanish-English) with 5+ years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate, strong state and federal e-filing skills, and proven trial preparation experience. The paralegal will support 3 attorneys and 2 paralegals across cases involving auto accidents, dog bites, wrongful death, premises liability, and sexual abuse/assault.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, briefs, and trial documents.
  • Perform accurate and timely state and federal e-filing.
  • Maintain case files using CasePeer and Dropbox.
  • Manage attorney calendars and coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and meetings.
  • Assist with trial prep-binders, exhibits, witness/expert coordination.
  • Support expert discovery and deposition scheduling.
  • Communicate with clients and medical providers; obtain medical records.
  • Coordinate case expenses with accounting.
  • Proactively manage an active litigation caseload and deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Benefits: Medical/Dental (PPO contribution: $370), 401(k) eligibility after 1 year (match TBD), 10 days PTO
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
